Your use of this portal implies acceptance of the Terms of Service. (ToS)

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You are responsible for adding or editing your web page's content (e.g. pictures, photos, and text) yourself. Technical support will be very limited. In no event shall TheCaldwellFamily.net be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our services.

TheCaldwellFamily.net reserves the right to change or modify these terms without prior notice.

The rules:

• No pages will contain illegal images. This includes but is not limited to child pornography, copyrighted images, snuff pics, etc.
• No pages will "land" with music (midi, mp3, wav, etc.). This means that if when a person lands and your "home" page, music does not automatically begin playing. If you wish to have music on your home page, it must default to a stopped or paused mode with interaction required by the viewer to start.
• No cursor following icons of any type will be permitted.
• Excessive use of animated gifs or embedded videos is strongly discouraged.
• No pages will contain illegal copies of movies, music, software, books, pdf's or other copyrighted works.
• If you exceed your monthly quota your site will be disabled until an alternative arrangement can be made.
• No page will conduct commercial activity of any kind. This includes sale/resale of bandwidth, personal goods, auction items, etc.
• No page will act as a distribution channel for electronic media, no matter how legal it may be. Bandwidth is limited so media files show be stored on an alternate server. Violators will have their pages removed and terminated immediately.
